As of Spring 2008, Techxel Computer Services updated its price services as follow:

Free Diagnostic (for any machine the customer brings)

For work done at a customer's home: $100 for the first hour, then $75 after that. However if the customer decides to bring his or her machine to our office, no charge will apply (free diagnostic).

For repair done in our office: Free diagnostic still applies. Then after analyzing the computer issue and upon customer's approval, charges will apply depending on the repair done on the machine such as new parts added, new software installations, virus clean up, and so on.
